VERY OLD STERLING NATIVE STYLE NECKLACE TURQUOISE & CORAL NUGGETS 4/27/25

The necklace is a handmade Native American style necklace from an estate auction.The necklace is strung with round, sterling silver beads that have a dark patina. These beads are interspersed with sections of small, tube-shaped beads, also silver.Accenting the necklace are irregularly shaped pieces of turquoise and red coral. These stones are placed asymmetrically along the necklace, adding pops of color and texture.The overall design is Southwestern or Native American influence, common in jewelry from the region. The use of turquoise and coral, along with the silver beads, is characteristic of this style.
The necklace is 26 inches long The clasp is an unusual hook and eye typical for necklaces of this style. It needs to be polished or can be left with the original patina as seen.
